The lines that matter

In its own words, the council confirms: the 2016 inspection never happened for want of funding, no inspection took place until June 2024, and the repairs listed in 2014 — including the €450 parapet items — were never carried out. It describes its only drainage activity as routine verge-inlet cleaning, an account the family's dated, GPS-located photographs are placed against.
